2026 is the year when the cloak is back in full force: this coincided with another full moon on the 1st February and was the occasion to host the procession followed by a celebratory spoken word and musical recital combined with craft and foods in Clonmel on Brigid’s Eve before travelling to Dublin for the Dublin celebrating women Brigit’s parade on the Sunday with a cohort of 20 enthusiastic volunteers and our gorgeous stiltwalker Dee Tierney. See here for slide show of the event which included performances by Breege Phelan, April Kling, Catherine McVicker, Kat Mahon, Mia McCarthy, Ed Dwan, Karl Clancy and Will mcLellan accompanied by Eoin Hally on electronic keyboards.
